BRASA Aveiro — Brazilian Student Association
Visual identity for BRASA Aveiro, the local chapter of the largest Brazilian student association abroad, at the University of Aveiro. The project included logo and badge design, balancing the organization's global identity with the unique essence of Aveiro.

Project Description
BRASA is the largest association of Brazilian students abroad, with over 9,000 members across North America, Europe, and Asia, empowering the next generation of Brazilian leaders through conferences and community-building initiatives.
The initial logo concept already incorporated the moliceiro — one of Aveiro's most recognizable symbols — but stood out too much from other local BRASA chapters, breaking visual consistency across the network. The solution was to preserve the moliceiro's original style and layout while repositioning it as an internal element, and introducing the iconic Costa Nova houses alongside it, another landmark deeply tied to Aveiro's identity. The global BRASA logo structure was used as the base, and the original typography was preserved, ensuring the final result felt both locally rooted and part of a cohesive global family.
